This limited warranty covers Lakeshore Wheel & Tire (hereafter refered to as LW&T) refinishing service and/or wheels sold by LW&T. You are eligible for the coverage of this warranty if you are the original purchaser of the refinishing service and/or wheel and if the wheel has been used only on the vehicle for which it was specifically designed. Transfer of ownership of any wheel refinished or sold by LW&T voids this warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

COVERAGE

Wheels sold by LW&T carry a limited lifetime warranty that extends from the date of purchase or remanufacture. Wheels refinished with powder coatings, and/or powdercoated reproduction wheels are covered by the full warranty. Aftermarket (custom) wheels warranted for one year after the date of purchase. Chromed factory or factory reproduction chrome car wheels are warranted for two years. Rechromed automobile wheels and chromed motorcycle wheels are warranted for one year. Refinished Steel wheels carry a one year warranty on the finish. Spinner Kits are warranted for one year after the date of purchase. No warranty is made with respect to the structural integrity of the wheel as originally manufactured. The exclusive obligation of LW&T under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any LW&T wheel, returned freight prepaid, which is determined by LW&T to have been defective in material or workmanship as applied by LW&T. Such repair or replacement will not include installation charges or incidental expenses.

LIMITATIONS

No representative or dealer has the authority to make any representation, promise or agreement on behalf of LW&T. No other warranties are given beyond those set forth herein. LW&T, Inc. will assume no responsibility for diagnosis, removal or replacement, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or other consequential expense. We recommend soap and water for cleaning and the use of a non-abrasive chrome polish on chrome finishes. LW&T, Inc. reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials, or specifications or product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change, or improve products manufactured prior hereto.

The following are not covered by this warranty:

Any product which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, racing, improper installation, collision, driving over a pothole or curb, or damage from the use of clip-on balance weights.

Corrosion as a result of the following: surface damage, adverse weather conditions, brake dust or road salt, other caustic chemicals, contact of balance weight, or abrasion from hubcap.

Used wheels, dealer take-offs, center caps, hubcaps, lug nuts, lug bolts, hubcentric rings, spacers, adapters, grill inserts, tail lights, decals, and other accessories.

Damage to the surface finish of the product as a result of stone chips or similar road hazards.

Damage to the surface finish of the product as a result of the use of polishing or rubbing compounds, cleaners, or the use of abrasive materials.

Any wheel that has been repaired or altered by a party other than LW&T.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

LW&T disclaims all other expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. This warranty gives the owner specified legal rights and the owner may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

IF WARRANTY SERVICE IS NEEDED / RETURN POLICY

The following procedure is to be followed if a problem arises with a LW&T product or accessory:

LW&T has a 30 day return policy on our workmanship. Any defective product can be returned for a 100% in-store refund within those 30 days. However, this guarantee is voided once the wheels are mounted with tires. Once products have been used, they have been accepted by the customer, and any problems fall under warranty, not the 30 day return. Any cash-refund is subject to a 20% restock fee.

To receive any refund - merchandise MUST BE RETURNED TO LW&T FOR INSPECTION.

Any shipment of products to LW&T must be freight prepaid. Shipment back to the customer must also be prepaid.

Wheels that have had tires mounted on them cannot be returned for cash. LW&T is not liable for any damage done to a wheel by an outside "tire store" or "body shop". DO NOT mount tires if you question the quality of the wheels.

Tire & Wheel Package returns for any reason other than product defect will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Original mounting and shipping charge will also be withheld. Any cancellations before shipping but after tires have been mounted are subject to the same fee.

Cancelled orders due to other than product defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee on cash refunds or 100% in-store credit. The original shipping charge is withheld from the refund or credit.

Custom orders are non-returnable.

Spinner Kits are custom orders, and will only be accepted back if unused. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned spinner kits. Verify product fitment before purchasing.

Our 30-day money back guarantee is valid for product defect only. Choosing the wrong product does not constitute a defect.

Any quality problems (confirmed upon LW&T's inspection of the product) detected within the first 30 days after purchase will result in a 100% In-Store Credit for up to the full amount charged for the service or a redo in order to correct the defect at LW&T's discretion. A warranty adjustment will require verification of date of purchase. The original invoice showing ownership and the date of purchase is acceptable. Also accepted is a credit card receipt, which shows the date of purchase, the purchasee, and the amount of purchase. If the proof of purchase is not available for verification, the warranty period is deemed to have begun on the manufacturing date marked on the wheel. All Cash Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
